2hr FREE Tantra Hatha Master Class

  • BHAV 64 Cronulla Street Cronulla, NSW, 2230 Australia (map)

Embark on a transformative journey through the Moon, Sun, and Fire practices—a holistic exploration of mind, energy, and soul. A system derived down from the Sri Vidya Lineage. An ancient lineage that lives today to help human beings become their ultimate way of being. This class will include, Asana, Pranayama, Kumbhaka, Bandha, Mudra, Mantra and Meditation

Moon Practice: Nurturing Stillness

Experience profound medicine for the modern mind with Moon practice. This challenging and nourishing Asana session incorporates longer holds, focusing on stability and calmness in both body and mind. Through standing poses and grounded floor work, coupled with conscious and extended exhalations, guide your awareness inward to touch the pure space of stillness beyond the thinking mind. Moon practice serves as the foundational essence for all Tantric Hatha practices to follow. Always take the Moon with you.

Sun Practice: Harnessing Vital Energy

Sun practice, a journey of energy management and a deeper connection to Prana—the life force that sustains us. Ride the balance between cultivating the power needed for excellence and the sensitivity required to explore subtler planes of reality. Embrace Asanas opening the chest and upper body, emphasising the development of the inhalation. Here, the Solar path introduces deeper Tantric practices, such as Bandhas and Mudras, to amplify the body's voltage and radiance. A steady and calm mind is essential on the Solar path. Always take the Moon with you.

Fire Practice: Igniting Soul Power

Ignite the radiant power of your soul through Fire practice. Utilising Asana as the framework, this practice integrates all elements of the Tantric path—Bandha, Mudra, and Mantra. Dive deep into the stillness of the mind, cultivating energy, breaking through limitations, and awakening Kundalini Shakti, transforming it into activated power, or Prana Shakti—the essence of your greatness. While Fire practice increases the physical challenge with Extensions and Inversions, the true emphasis lies in cultivating 'internal heat' centred in the navel. Direct awakened Prana into the spine, the pathway to the Infinite, resulting in meditative absorption into higher spiritual centres, especially the heart—where the individual Soul and Ishvara, or Sri, remain forever close. Ignite, thrive, and live the highest version of who you were meant to be.
