200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
The 200hr Teacher Training Program will immerse you in the knowledge of yoga. You will be introduced to the history of yoga and intense personal development to prepare you, the student for the role of facilitator.
The aim of this 200hr training is to offer a broad foundation in the multiple areas of yoga. This way the students has the opportunity to experience first hand a variety of styles and systems with the option to then delve deeper with further study should the subject matter resonate.
Our program focuses primarily on embodied experiences including anatomy and physiology, Dynamic Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, hands-on assisting; philosophy, meditation, pranayama, mantra, cleansing, and much much more.
The course is lead by master facilitator, Janine Leagh, who has over 20 years of lecturing, facilitating and teacher training experience and is assisted by our senior Hot Yogi teachers. All facilitators will present the subject matter to which they are experts in their field of study, e.g. yoga philosophy, anatomy & physiology, etc.
This is an amazing course to build a foundation for a lifetime of learning and personal growth.
Take your practice or teaching to the next level.
